Cool Old House near Porltand, Oregon, Looking for a House Mate
My girlfriend and I have a nice 4 bedroom, 2 bath house. We are looking to rent out one of the rooms to someone awesome. Rent would be $350 plus utilities. We built a treehome on the property, which is 112 SF, and simply just a fun place to hang out. The house is located in Washougal, Wa, which is 15 minutes to the Portland, Oregon airport and 30 minutes into downtown. The house is very close to walking trails, The Columbia River, The Gorge, and the Washougal River. We are looking for a laid back sole, who is interested in living communally with friends, and takes pride in their home.
